Fitness Challenge Week 4
Three weeks down! How’s it going? I’d love to hear feedback, if you’d like me to keep posting a workout once a week so you can just look at it not have to think about what you’re going to do this week. I know sometimes it’s easier to get through a workout if you can just do it without having to put much thought to it. So let me know!
Warm up:
5 minutes of jumproping.
Day 1:
- 100 squats for time. Write down how long it took.
Day 2:
- Do as many kettle bell swings as you can without stopping. Write down how many you did.
- As many pushups as you can without stopping.
